Comment: Wow , what a great complex , i dont stay in that complex but i stay in sun city 2 and i am over in sun city 1 a lot .
I have been in a lot of room , plenty of space and comfortable size for a family
The bar staff are amazing . Not rude at all . If you ask for something they will get it for you in no time at all.
Gincho Is One Of The Barmen . He is bulgarian but has superb english . He (And Everyone Else) Is Great With Kids and Is Fierce Nice .
Terry + Dez are brilliant people.

They are very nice.
Papa greggs pizza is a pizza restaurant that you can order food from . You may need to wait for a while but the wait is worth it . the pizza is fab and you can get much more there.

All in all . BRILLIANT !

Comment: Overall cracking value for money. Very close to Cacoa beach which is a great section of the sunny beach area. Rooms clean and everything you need in them. Nessabar not far especially on the little tourist trains along the sea front. Swimming pool by all accounts one of the best in the area.

Comment: place was ok, cleaned daily, nice pool and enough chairs though no parasols, no entretainment worth staying in for...staff were ok though not great at english...hotels location is not too good ith a walk down a dark road on a night and surrounding areas being a building site or wasteland....

Comment: It was nice place, but staff was not too good, One For The Road - the bar ruled! I had to buy a t-shirt of them. Food.. The delivered pizzas were good.. And there was LOTS of fun! A girl..

Comment: a query have been trying to find some info on Sun Village a new complex coming up with nothing is that because you come under "Sun City 1" holiday village.

Comment: Could you please tell me if you are the same as Sun Village sunny beach you are a new complex and not opening until June 2006. Have you got any facilities in your complex eg pool tables Football table tennis please answer as no one seems to know anything about your apartments

Comment: We have just returned from Sun City and had a lovely time. Taxi's and bus so cheap, making a vist to nearby Nessebar very easy! Close enough to centre of Sunny Beach without being in the hustle and bustle of the Centre. The two Irish gentlemen who run the poolside bar are wonderful, fun and friendly! Their staff are lovely and very friendly. The pool is safe and immaculate, as is the whole comlex! We will return!

Comment: The bar is apply named as it feels like a place you could call home. You can relax at the pool side bar and listen to the irish wit of des and fergus, while your kids play safe in a pool that only comes only chest height on most adults or you can bask in the sunshine in its eye catching surroundings. We met a lot of good friends at sun city and hope to be going back as soon as we can. I think thats the best recomendation you can give

Comment: I would highly recommend Sun City 1 to anyone going to Sunny Beach resort. The apartments were very well equipped and between the cable TV,washing machine and fridge freezer it was like a home from home. The pool was terrific for adults as well as the kids and was always spotless. 'One for the Road' pool bar is also very good and is ran by two Irish brothers with 2 local bar staff who were very nice and pleasant. I will be going back again next year without a doubt with even more family.

Comment: Having moved from another complex into Sun City 1 I can confidently say that the later offers far superior self catering accomodation. The rooms are extremely clean and well fitted. The pool is large and clear with ample space around the perimeter. It's location while a little out from the main action offers more relaxing surroundings and closer to alternative centres such as Nessebar. A gentle walk into Sunny Beach centre takes perhaps 20mins and into Nessebar 30mins.

The beach is closer and takes between 5 and 10 mins. For less active people the holiday train passes close by but a double journey is needed for Nessabar. Well recommended.

Comment: Sun city 1 is an excellent holiday complex, the pool is the best in Sunny beach ideal for families, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the apartments are of a very high standard with the beach only a few minutes walk from the complex, ideally situation to visit both Sunny beach centre and the beautiful town of Nessebar
