Comment: i have just come back from being in this hotel WARNING DO NOT GO HERE THERE WERE PEOPLE BEING ROBBED EVERY NIGHT, AND THE FOOD WAS DIABOLICAL IT WAS ALSO THE SAME FOOD ALL OF THE TIME, I WENT ALL INCLUSIVE AND I WENT OUT FOR MEAL INSTEAD OF HAVING THEM AT THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL CLEANERS WERE STAELING PEOPLES POSSESIONS SO KEEP ALL OF YOUR BELONGING LOCKED AWAY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Comment: I HAVE BEEN GOING INTO THIS HOTEL FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS IT HAS BEEN GREAT UNTILL LAST YEAR IT WENT ALL INCL THATS WHEN EVERYTHING WENT WRONG THE MEALS ARE THE SAME EVERYDAY FOR BFAST THE LUNCH WAS THE SAME AS THE EVENING MEAL U COULDNT GET TEA OR COFFEE ALDAY WHICH I THINK IS WRONG COS LOTS OF OLDER PEOPLE LIKE THAT I THINK IF YOU GO ALL INCL YOU SHUD B ABLE TO GO TO ANY BAR FOR UR DRINKS THE POOL WAS VERY CLEAN PLENTY ENTERTAINMENT AROUND THE POOL

Comment: just come back from my holiday, if u want the truth then here goes.went all inclusive food is shocking it the same crap all the time we heared it was bad but didnt think it wud be as bad as it was.my husband can eat anyhthing and even he couldnt eat it.everyone was complaining.rooms was ok we had a family room thank god cos the th normal rooms was tiny.

ut a part from that entertainment was excllantant was the kids club kept the kids entertained just got a bit on ur nerves during the day trying to get u to join in with the games,pool was great clean and a good size kids pool.had a good time met loads of nice people just the food letting it down and alot of thieving went on nothing taken from us we kept everything wiv us cos even the safes was getting dune so we heared.bulgaria is a nice place was supprised how big it was.we will go back to sunny beach but not all inclusine

Comment: The hotel does not have air conditioning, the food rubbish, we ate out after one day in the hotel, hire of safe very expensive, same for a fridge or a fan.There were a few rooms broken into during our stay, doors banging all night, summarise .. the worst all inclusive package we have ever done. We will not use this hotel again! Poor advert for Bulgaria.

Comment: i have just got back off my holiday to pomorie hotel, and i would just like to say ignore all of these comments that people have wriiten. the hotel is great, very clean and tidy. the staff are lovely and very polite the food is ok but wether you have to eat out or not it doesn't matter as it is really cheap anyway!!!! i had a fab holiday and would definately return there agen!!!

Comment: Hotel pomorie did its first year of all inclusive this year, and after paying so much for this hotel i am highly disapointed. The afternoon and evening foods leave much room for improvement, the majority of people we met going out to eat instead after paying for all their meals to be included. Myself and 2 members of my party had food poisoning from the meat being uncooked.

The chicken still pink!Staff have no control over the vistors at thir hotel leaving kids screaming and drunks running up and down corridors banging doors. we did not sleep much the 2 weeks we spent there. The pool was nice but if you are an elderly age you will not enjoy this hotel due to excess noise until ridiculous hours. Bulgaria is a buetifull place, just avoid this hotel. We were informed that either this hotel needs to fund a major refurbisment as it is 1 of the oldest in the area, or it will be set for demolition. After paying for all inclusive some £800 pound each, we were then also informed that we can only get free drinks from 1 bar in this hotel.inside main lobby area. Free drinks here don't even start until 11am. Even the Pool bar you have to pay for. This is very inconvenient if you are out at pool or even on the highest floors of this hotel, and even then you have to queue for a while just to get your drinks because everyone is there. i loved Bulgaria but im so relieved to be home.DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU PLAN TO EAT OUT EVERYMEAL AND GET DRUNK EVERYNIGHT TO DROWN OUT THE NOISE. BE PREPARED FOR ANY ILLNESS YOU MAY GET FROM FOODS TOO.!!

Comment: This hotel is rubbish. Do not go to it, the staff are very rude and ignorant. the food was appauling. We were all inclusive yet we had to go else where and pay for all our meals as the meat was still pink and the food they put on is rubbish. There where numerous bars in the complex but only one where you could get served which meant long queues all night As for the place its self there is nothing to do if you have children as it has night clubs but that is it.

Overall this has to be the worst holiday we have ever had and all 14 of us agreed.

Comment: only one all inclusive bar, most bar staff are a waste of space,all drinks in plastic cups the only time you get a glass is when you have to pay for your drinks before 1100 or after 2300 hours.you can stand for ten minutes in a queue for your two drinks per person unless of course your a german national female then you can have as many as you like ,you can have as many cocktails as you want ,as long as you pay for them including non alcoholic.

The food in the hotel is disgusting as are the dirty plates which are mostly chipped . the only saving grace is the pool and the animation staff who are very good. And far from being snobby as commented by susan .I object to paying hard earned cash to be degraded having been in the resort twice before at the riu hotels Evrika & helios palace ,which are truly all inclusive including cocktails, all guest including children can help themselves to soft drinks/tea /coffee/water/hot chocolate from the machines round the pool bar if you want a truly all inclusive expierience with happy smiling staff, dont go to the pomorie you will be so dissapointed .go to the riu hotels.

Comment: been 2 hotel pomorie twice and going back again in sept 2008,can,t wait pool is excellent there are better hotels in sunny beach but mostly english people stop here.going all inclusive this year 2 weeks for 390 pound u cannot go wrong.weather only moderate in september so be warned.overall good hotel mostly english and scottish excellent pool and outside bar area ,get booked up you,ll love it.

Comment: Hotel Pomorie is the best best hotel in sunny beach. Me and my family had a brilliant time and we will be defintely going back there. The staff are really friendly and the hotel is nice and clean. I would advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

Comment: When we arrived at the hotel to be honest i was a little worried as it does not look the best, but once i walked into the reception all worries disapeared. We were given keys and the bell boy carried our cases to our room. Our room was at the front of the hotel opposite the main street. Our room was quite small but very clean and tidy, only down side was not a lot of storage space so we lived out of our cases.

Our main problem was that there is a nightclub opposite the hotel which is really loud on a night it was turned down at 12.00 but you could still here it, and with the hotel having no air con we had to boil on a night. if your on the other side of the hotel you would be fine. The family rooms are also a lot bigger.
Breakfast was not very good to be honest we went a couple of times but it was so cheap to eat out it didnt bother us. The Hotel has 4 Bars, one in the main reception, one with a games room and live sport, coctail bar and a pool bar, they all stay open till late and were very nice and served food.
The Hotel pool is lovely, with a swim up bar and kiddies section. It is much bigger than it looks in the brochure. You do have to pay 5 Lev or a bed but many people bought lilos and bathed on the grassy area beside the pool.

the Hotel is about a 15 min walk from the main centre with many restaurants, shops and bars. But the hotel does have its own range of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep so you dont have to go into the main centre every night.
There are loads of restaurants in sunny beach we ate at quite a few and never had a bad meal. The Ocean restaurant were you will have your welcome meeting serves lovely food. The Forest Hut on the road to the centre was vey nice too!

Sunny beach is cheap, we took £600 and only spent £400 and we ate out every dinner and evening meal and drank plenty every night.

we had a very nice relaxing holiday and would definately go back we would probably try a different hotel but the Pomorie was very nice and the people who have written bad reviews are just snobby.
