Comment: I cannot wait to go back to sunny beach when everything is sorted and have a swim with BRENDAN MAXWELL to see who can stay under the longest i might give him the chance to win this time ha as if!!!!

Comment: really greet time at Dawn Park my little puppy loved it wouldn't let him swim in the pool tiz was too deep. Good job we had the wuppy bags. Nice that they allow animals on the complex.

Comment: I have just had a rocking time in Bulgaria. My family and i have really enjoyed staying in DawnPark. I may be interested in buying one coming out again in August with an answer. Would recomend this complex to those that like it nice and quite.

Comment: we have our deeds and we are happy with our apartment and the hotel/apartment/hostel is top so chill out and come and have a look for yourselves.

Comment: Never stayed in Dawn Park, how ever I have been in the apartments & deeply disappointed in the finish. Furniture not up to the standard of the original design. Massive issues over owners getting their deeds, basically everyone has been ripped off by greedy Bulgarian developers & they continue to try & rip their clients off. Stay well clear of this apart hotel as there better honest hotels in Sunnybeach.

Comment: Complex not as described, was told 4**** & was lesser rating. Complex was not entirely finished. Complex set in a derelict back drop with unfinished buildings, not exactly the best scenery. Finally would not recommend to any one until area is improved, got impression there was troubles with or issues did not know what.

Comment: STOPPED IN DAWN PARK FOR 3 WEEKS IN THE SUMMER AND HAD THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER. THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THERE ARE ISSES OVER OBTAINING THE DEEDS BUT THIS SHOULD NOT STP ANY ONE GOING OUT AND ENJOYING A HOLIDAY IN DAWN PARK.

Comment: Also purchased apartment here. paid in full but not allowed to stay here. Its disgusting hat they are renting them out.
Please nobody book a holiday here and
Dont purchase anything from Delagio in Bulgaria or Amba Sun in Birmnham, both cowboy firms.

Comment: greedy developer got a cheeck renting out apartments to holidaymakers. considering rightful owners cant get there apartments which they av paid for,and not given permisson to do so either. shows what type of people you are dealing with. not very trusting to say the least well you been warned

Comment: Developer refuses to transfer apartments over to the rightful owners. I have paid infull for mine, and said no to it being rented out, but it's being used anyway. Do not book a holiday here, I don't want you in my apartment.

Comment: Developer dirves a Porsche whilst teh peopel who have paid for the apartments can't get ownership of them. Who is getting the rnetal income? It should go to teh UK owners.

Comment: very poor because people in the uk own apartments on this complex and cannot have them due to greed between two companies. Give the owners their apartments and stop renting them out.
