Comment: The hotel is just 50m from the beach and stalls. On arrival the reception informed us that we were later than expected and a complimentary ticket for the argentinean restuarant was given to us, you can book 3 of the restuarants once per stay.
The facilities are good, spacious rooms, good showbar ( indoors ) and sport facilities.
A special mention to Anton the guest relations manager who went out of his way to make sure things were satisfactory with everything.
All the staff were really superb from cleaners to managers.
The food in the restuarants would satisfy even the most fussiest eaters with a good range of dishes.
The animation team helped you work off the food with a good activites programme, even though we didnt have youngsters with us the facilities and the program looked good for them.
The beach also has watersports paragliding, scuba diving, pedaloes and banana boats.
4 star hotel with a 5 star service.

Comment: Well what else can I say after having returned a couple of weeks ago, wish I was there! I honestly can't find anything to complain about. Accomodation, food, bars and pools all first class and can't be faulted.
Staff always more than willing to help and appeared to be proud of their job and of the hotel itself which was very refreshing!

Comment: The staff are all very pleasant and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The animation team led by Valor, a really nice boy worked very hard. The food was great and the gala dinner held last Wednesday was out of this world. The presentation was first class, beyond 5 star, a banquet fit for a king. The hotel also celebrated its 4th birthday while we were there with live music, special cocktails and snacks around the pool.
Everywhere is spotlessly clean and bedding /towels changed regularly. The pool area is large, and surprisingly no battle for sunbeds. All I can say is we had a wonderful holiday.

Comment: I must say I have stayed at quite a few all inclusives now and found this the best quality I have ever stayed in. The sooms are very large with free mini bar. the food is excellent with a variety of foods to please all tastes.
All inclusive bar until midnight, then there is a small disco open until 2 a.m which is still free.
Hotel staff work very hard and rooms cleaned daily.

Very mixed nationalitys staying at the hotel and animation team do all there best to keep you busy if you want it, or you can just relax by the pool.

Comment: Excellent Hotel, staff could not be more helpful. Entertainment team (Animation as they call it ) worked their socks off all day . Very friendly team who always had time for a chat .( Two OAP's in our case ). Thank you all , especially Teddy. We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a very efficient and comfortable transfer from Bourgas. Check in went like clockwork. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Do they ever stop cleaning ? They seem to be at it at all times.

Well done Bolero!

Comment: The room was large, comfortable, quiet (regardless what other reviewers have experienced :-)) and clean, as was the hotel in general.
Staff, especially in the restautrants and reception, was very helpful and serviceminded, except perhaps for the pool bar staff, but since you can help yourself to softdrinks, coffee and beer that wasn't a problem. The food was really quite ok, and very good in the Bulgarian a la carte restaurante.
Our only problem was that we tended to snack a little too much and too often. I would gladly go back there in the future, but would appriciate the experience even more would there be less loud and rude young Germans staying there since the group that was there offended pretty much every one at the pool by disregarding every pool rule there were. One of the other guests tried to reason with them, to no avail, but the staff just looked the other way. Apart from them, our stay was fantastic and we had a lovely holiday.

Comment: This was our first visit to bulgaria & we like all inclusive so we chose this hotel, after reading some reports about it on this site. Arrived at 4am local time, booking in was no problem, shown the room on the 5th floor & fell into bed. The room was large & spacious, The bathroom had a large deep bath with shower, The wash sink i could have taken home with me, loved the design. the room also had acres of wardrobe space, Fridge with mini bar, (Topped up most days FREE) & safe.
Sliding windows to the balcony with sliding fly screen included, overlooking the pool.
4 restrants on site, 1 bulgarian, 1 argentinian, 1 asian + the main everyday one. The first 3 you book before 12 & they make a nice change. Food we found ok, no complaints at all.
If your up at 6am you will see up to 12 staff cleaning the pool area, each different job has a seperate uniform, from maids to pool attendants, waiters, reception, bar staff, + each of the restrants. Must cost a bomb on uniforms.
As the hotel advertises all local beers & sprits free, This is the case but ask for SPRITE in your whisky, The barman (3) will some times make up cocktails to try & just say have 1 of these, Deadly. Hired a car for 3 days through the hotel, Anton at the customer services desk will arrange it for you, good bloke Anton, Knows most things.
All in all we enjoyed our stay & gave the hotel & resort 8 1/2 out of 10, 1 point off for the evening entertainment, (They try there best & some nights are goog) & it rained 1/2 a day..
Yes there are a lot of our friends the Germans stopping here, as there are Bulgarian, Romanian & Others,
The only thing we diddent try was the Spa but it looks very impressive,
