Lage: Perfectly orientated in a south westerly direction on the South Beach in the town of Pomorie, Sunset Resort is only 15 minutes drive from Burgas international airport and 20 minutes from the second biggest city on the Black Sea coast – Burgas. It is just 25 minutes drive from the most reputable Bulgarian Black Sea resort – Sunny beach and the accent town of Nessebar, which is proclaimed an architectural and archeological reserve and included in the list of UNESCO.

The height of the hotels affords beautiful sea views for most of the apartments and plenty of free space with marvelous landscaping, water attractions and places for retreat. Those of the apartments without sea view have excellent views to the Stara Planina Mountain.
There are 771 units in the whole resort varying from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, to presidential suits. The unit sizes of the apartments start from 59 sq m and come as large as 135 sq m. Almost one third of all the units are in excess of 90 sq m area.
Aparthotel Alpha has 7 stors and is located in the northwest part of the resort. The hotel offers lobby with reception, 2 elevators, grill restaurant with sun terrace with pool view (120 sits), 40 underground car parking spaces, accommodation in one studio, 37 one bedroom and 47 two bedroom apartments.
Aparthotel Beta has 6 floors and is also situated in the northwest part of Sunset resort. The hotel consists of lobby with reception, lobby bar, 2 elevators, buffet restaurant with sun terrace with pool view (100 sits), 40 underground car parking spaces. There are 27 one bedroom and 36 two bedroom apartments in the aparthotel Beta.
Aparthotel Sigma is the largest of the 5 hotels with a total built up area of almost 50 000 sq m. The building is twelve storeys high and situated on the apex of Sunset Resort, with floors from 6 to 12 with retreating terraces to the North and South.

The 6 storey Aparthotel Delta is situated in the northeast part of Sunset Resort and consists of 2 identical twin buildings with 2 lobbies with reception, in each one 2 elevators, and one lobby bar with sun terrace and pool view, Asian a’la carte restaurant, night club & piano bar, café bar & pastry shop, buffet restaurant (300 sits), kiddy club, bowling, billiards, fully equipped ball & conference hall for 300 persons.
The 8 storey Aparthotel Eta is situated in the eastern part of the resort and has lobby with reception, 4 lifts, lobby bar and Italian a’la carte restaurant.
