A growth of 9.1% of foreign tourists in Bulgaria

Visits of foreign tourists in Bulgaria have increased by 9.1% in June 2011 in comparison with 2010. This has been announced after the figures have been processed by National Statistical Institute. The greatest growth of visits is generated by tourists from Greece /16.8%/ and Spain /13.7%/. The number of Finnish, Maltese and Hungarian tourists has been decreased. The figures also show that the number of tourists from other European countries has been increased as the growth of Ukraine residents, Serbian and Russian tourists marked a significant rise.
