The company “Bulgaria land development” commences the disputable project for a resort village “July morning” which will be located in the region of Kavarna. Although ecology activists stated clearly their position that it is obvious that the company intends to usurp the coastline, the project will begin. Despite many protests having been carried out, the project has been given all necessary permissions by the Kavarna Municipality. The construction is expected to be completed in June, 2010 and the expenses are estimated at the total value of 2,2 million EUR. The building will occupy 92 000m2. 351 flats, a Spa centre, restaurants, mini football playgrounds, minigolf and 5 swimming pools will be built. The investment is believed to reach nearly 40 million EUR. The building company foresees to establish the complex “Sofia tower” which will be situated in close proximity to the hotel “Kempinski Zografski”.
