Municipality Balchik will invest 720 000 BGN for the development of tourism in 2009 in accordance with a prepared program. Nearly 60 000 BGN will be invested in the construction of a structure above the temple of goddess of Asia Minor, Kibela. The antique building, which was found in 2007 and is regarded as the best preserved Hellenist temple in the country, is expected to attract many tourists. The municipality will issue a tourist map including the most significant cultural places in the region, the castle, the Botanic Garden, the temple “St.Nikola” from the Revival period, the religious monument “Teketo” near the village Obrochishte and many more. The program of tourism development foresees signs and information boards to be put in Balchik, Kranevo, Obrochishte and near the famous tourism landmark ‘Castle’

70 000 BGN is allocated for the restoration and the maintenance of the electric lighting along the road to the sea resort complex Albena and for the installation of new benches along the pedestrian alley which leads to the Black Sea coastal complex. See source here
