Very frustrating as we checked in to the hotel then 5 hours later we were told we had to move rooms at 10.30pm we had to re pack our bags and move to another building on the complex. No offer of compensation or a proper apology from management. It was ...

The hotel room was spacious and clean. It was so lovely to return to such a clean space after a day on the slopes. The sofa bed was broken / very uncomfortable and the fridge freezer made a loud noise every 30 mins or so making it difficult to sleep in ...
