If room info says fully equipped kitchenette and actually nothing is there, then this is truely annoying. Sink leakages should also be mended.

We have stayed here for the last 6 year now, the hotel has changed in these years and got more expensive. There is no options to have just a room or bed and breakfast which is disappointing. there are no promotions on drinks and for loyal guest who have ...
