Персонала беше много любезен, локацията е много добра за ски, стаите се просторни. Трябва да си оправят спа центъра.Необходимо е и да се подобри процеса по почистване. За 7 нощувки не беше почистен пода нито един път.

Elegant Lodge (ex. Elegant Spa)

Отель понравился, номер просто огромный. Кухонный уголок очень пригодился, всё работало. Убирали номер и меняли белье хорошо. Скудноваты завтраки, лучше не брать и готовить самим. В СПА надо заранее просить включить сауну и хамам. Персонал отзывчивый и во всем пытается помочь. Отдых удался!:)
