Nice family hotel in quiet place, 7 minutes walk from the center. Mountain view from the room. Very friendly staff, helps with all you need within the stay. Good on-site restaurant, transfer to Ski gondola. In general, the best value for money you can ...

I have booked with Profi Tours and Bulgaria hotel for holidays in Bansko and I have been scamed. I don't get what I have paid for. 2 small beds instead of 1 big bed. Disgusting breakfeast with rotten hard eggs, bread in oil, bad cofee. No shuttle to lift ...
