The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. The food in the restaurant was OK but could have been hotter and a little more variety for children. Most of the staff were friendly but spoke very little English, especially the Reception staff. We had lots of trouble with the hiring of ski equipment, which we thought was directly through the hotel, but was a third party and the lady dealing with this wasn't the most helpful when trying to get our money back. We didn't get fully compensated for the inconvenience and hassle caused on the first day of trip resulting in missing some ski lessons.

We visited in January as part of a group to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is not in a bad location but we were slightly disappointed to find that all our rooms were on different floors even though we had asked to be together. The reception area is very small so nowhere for a large group of 11 to meet, we had to go to our apartment. We booked studio apartments but were upgraded to one bedroom apartments so plenty of room. The facilities in the kitchen were varied, we had 1 frying pan in the cupboard with a hob, so no way to cook even if we wanted to. Others had a full kitchen with cooking implements. The room was very hot and the thermostats had been removed so the only option was to open the windows. Our biggest issue was with the food, we went for breakfast every morning at about 7:30 but the food was always cold even though the hot food display had steam coming out from underneath. The same problem in the evening, we struggled to find something for everyone and again it was cold unless you were lucky to catch something being brought out fresh. We asked for fries for the children which they provided for the first few nights then said we'd have to pay extra as they weren't on the menu. Only to find that they then ran out of other potato on the menu and brought out chips, we then didn't pay. The drinks are incredibly cheap even in the hotel compared to other places but the bar was just not somewhere that you can sit so the hotel miss out. Rooms were clean and tidy and the cleaning ladies always very helpful. Overall a very enjoyable holiday but could be improved on with a few small tweaks and HOT food.

When we came the room was cold. Because we were in studio, I can say that there was not any utensils in kitchen, so we can not use the kitchen. After 1 day the temperature was OK, bat not so warm. The food was not so good, and stuff was not to friendly. Spa was Ok, swimming pool was with not so hot water, and was closed till 20:00 in spite of the time that works till 21:00

Unpleasant and rude staff; during the seventh day in the hotel I had to request to have my bed sheets changed and my room cleaned; earlier I had requested during a day three times to have my towels changed and get toilet paper and they didn't do it; breakfast is all synthetic and some of the food seemed re-heated from previous days; this is unheard of for a 4* hotel, I would not rate it as more than 2* and it's the worst experience I've had in 15 years of traveling

This was our second year staying at St. George ski & spa hotel. First time we stayed, the hotel services were not excellent but somewhat ok. Driven by the price, we decided to try again and we were really disappointed. During our 7 days stay our room was cleaned only once. At breakfast the food was mixed with leftovers from previous days. The prices at the restaurant were made up and differed from one day to another. Also our bill was overcharged and we had to complain just to settle(this happened twice!). The staff isn’t friendly and they do not solve the requests. We had a broken chair in our room and requested (repeatedly) at the reception to be changed. During our stay nobody came to make the change. Rooms look like 3 stars hotel. Overall if you can get over a lot of unpleasant situations you can try the hotel. We will not return there for a third time.

A lot of lights in the room and corridors were not working. Some days the towels were not changed, and on one day the maid didn't clean the room at all. Some of the food at breakfast was cold. Overall, it was a good stay.

The Hotel is nice and located in a good area, close to the center and the telegondola, however not all the stuff is speaking English, so we had some missunderstandings and the food could be improved,last year was significantly better and more diverse.

The hotel itself is nice, however the majority of the staff members are as miserable as sin, and struggle to smile let a lot reply to you when you say good morning!
The barman Mohammed was the only staff member who actually made an effort to make my family and I feel welcome.
As a customer service related establishment, I expect the front of house employees to at least be warm and friendly, however like previously stated I have had a better/ warmer welcome from a rattle snake!
If the above was rectified I would have no problem recommending the hotel, however as it stands I wouldn't .

Спасибо за организацию отдыха. Прекрасный персонал, внимательный и чуткий. ОМРАЧИЛ ТОЛЬКО ОДИН ЧЕЛОВЕК - ИНСТРУКТОР БАССЕЙНА! Абсолютно неадекватный человек с предвзятым отношением к русским (русскоязычным туристам). ему мешали ТОЛЬКО русские дети, они не могли плескаться в бассейне и ТОЛЬКО они должны были находиться с родителями.он был недоволен отдыхом в бане РУССКИХ отдыхающих, которые хотели нагреть её до 90 С и тд.

Стаята не отговаряше на поръчаната.Когато поисках да си изпълнят поръчката на рецепцията буквално ме излъгаха че нямат свободна и ме сложиха в сутерена. Оборудването вече е остаряло. С изключение на ресторанта персонала не се отличава с вежливост. Паркинга е улицата пред и зад хотела, като последната дори не е асфалтирана.

Изключително невъзпитано и нагло отношениение към клиентите. След като се оказа, че от хотела са ни объркали резервацията и нямаха адекватно решение, което да ни предложат, се наложи да си търсим нов хотел в 9 вечерта.

Хотелът е сравнително далече от центъра на града, но пък е близо до природата от друга страна. Храната обаче е ужасна, повтаря се повече от 2 пъти едно и също \"ястие\". Съмнителни кренвирши и наденици, месото ми миришеше, доматите и те завехнали. Много неприятен спомен ни остави това. Иначе СПА-то работи през цялото време, обаче липсваха билките на Арома сауната. Шезлонгите пред басейна не успяха да поемат повече от трийсетина човека, по наше време гостите на хотела бяха около 100. Следобедната закуска е в ресторанта до басейна, но бидейки по халат или бански е забранено да влизаш в ресторанта и не можехме да се възползваме от нея докато поне един от нас не се преоблечеше, което ми беше абсурдно. И така.

Здравейте,
Бих искала да споделя прясно впечатление от хотела. Две нощувки с включени закуски и вечери с ваучер ( 166лв). Предварително предупредихме, че ще пристигнем късно. Увериха ни, че ще ни изчакат за вечеря. Така и стана. В 21:30 бяхме единствените в ресторанта. Сервитьорката беше любезна. Вечерята включваше салата (ок), предястие( горе- долу- ок), основно( горе- долу ок), не бяха включени питиета. Приятна изненада беше настаняването ни в апартамент( бяхме платили за двойна стая). Отоплението работеше( не беше нито топло, нито студено- нормално) . Навън беше около 3,4 градуса. Апартамента ни хареса.( телевизора е доста малък). Закуската беше нормална. Неприятна изненада беше покрития с нещо( найлоново покритие) басейн, който се вижда от ресторанта. Притеснихме се, че не работи (10.11.2012) и попитахме на рецепция. Отговориха ни, че басейна е покрит, за да се запазва температурата на водата( топла) и ще съобщят да го открият. ( това се случва в 10:30 сутринта, а бяхме уверени че спа зоната работи от 9 до 9. След около 30 минути( към 11:00) слязохме към басейн и спа зона. Изключително неприятно бяхме изненадани от температурата на водата в басейна и на въздуха в помещението в цялата спа зона ( температурата беше 21- 22 градуса, а на водата или толкова или по - малко). ! Цялото платнище от басейна се намираше скупчено в единия край на залата( доста неприветливо и предразполагащо разпускане, удоволствие и релакс). След като решихме, че не е възможно да влезем в басейна при тези температури, решихме да отидем до спа зоната( минава се през един коридор 10-20 метра, който също беше студен). Там двама господина в работно облекло се опитваха да включат съоръженията( доста професионално- да се почувства човек специален).Беше пусната единствено едната сауна, която се водеше \"арома\", без да има аромати и беше загряла на 40 градуса. Прибрахме се в стаята и се обадихме на рецепция с молбата да ни информират, когато съоръженията работят. Служителката с раздразнение обясни че всичко било включено!. След още 30 минути слязохме отново. Съоръженията бяха включени, но все още не бяха достатъчно загрели. С още една двойка от гостите, все пак успяхме да настроим температурите. При второто посещение в късния следобед всичко вече работеше, но все още беше студено. Все пак имаше лека музичка и осветлението вече беше подходящо за \"спа\". Втората вечеря беше на блок маса. Беше сравнително добра, но от месните продукти имаше наденички и шницели (нямаше чисто месо). Още на първата вечер вече имах лека хрема( не е задължително да е свързана със студения спа център, но все пак ски не съм карала). Съответно на втория ден нямах никакво желание и разположение да го посетя отново. На тръгване, когато освободихме стаята, бях помолена да остана да изчакам докато камериерките ПРОВЕРЯТ стаята ( явно за липси или поражения). Това не ми се беше случвало от 7ми клас...след ученическо буйно мероприятие. На камериерките им беше съобщено по уоки-токи недискретно да извършат проверката.. общо взето криминална история... та така със 4 те звезди на СПА хотела. Дали заради настинката или заради част от от емоциите, които бяха неприятни се прибрах по- уморена от петък вечер след работна седмица.

Расположение: не самое удобное. Пешком от подъёмников минут 20 (средним темпом).
Доставка до подъёмников: Есть. По расписанию. Были случаи неприбытия в обеденное время (откуда и имеется опыт хождения пешком).
Отель: Аппартаменты просторные. Жили в 2-х комнатном (спальня, зал с кухней). Температурный режим - холодновастенько. Мебель в номере с намёком на модерн. Бестолково в плане функционала. Отсутствуют прикроватные тумбочки. Шкаф для одежды один, в спальне, без полочек или ящичков. Т.е. только плечики для одежды. В зале полок много, но все низко-узкие-длинные. Особо ничего не сложишь. Кухня: варочная плита (стеклокерамика) на 2 конфорки, холодильник. Полное отсутствие посуды и ножей-вилок-ложек. Порадовали аж 2 стакана. Туалет с ванной: тесноват, но покатит.
Питание: понравилось, повар молодец. По супам ни разу не повторился за 6 дней. Разнообразие хорошее. Качество - вкусно.
Персонал ресторана: пассивный. В момент питания пропало электричество (соответственно, чай-кофе не работает, пища остывает). Движений никаких. Поднимаюсь на ресепшен: Вы знаете, что в ресторане нет напряжения в розетках? - Нет. Ну сделайте что-нибудь. Может там элементарно автомат выбило. - А у нас электрик уже ушёл.
Персонал СПА: Невнимательный. Можете записаться и оплатить сеанс на сегодня, а придя узнать, что вас записали на завтра.
Администрация: Поразил способ оплаты с карточки. Мало того, что её прокатывают через POS-терминал, так потом ещё пытаются занести в компьютер полные данные твоей карты вместе с CVV. На моё возмущение, что это грубое нарушение, ответ: у нас такие правила... Отобрал карточку и отдал наличными.
Уборка снега: Рассмешили действия персонала отеля. Снега было много, но никто ничего даже не пытался убрать ни на крыльце, ни рядом с крыльцом. Шатл не мог подъехать, предлагалось пешком идти ему навтречу до того места, куда он смог пробиться.
