IM Dreamer Hotel is a fully renovated four-star beachfront property in Sunny Beach offering modern and spacious rooms, an Ultra All Inclusive concept and extensive family facilities. The most frequently praised features are the excellent position beside the beach and promenade, cleanliness, new furnishings, sea views and comfortable accommodation. Facilities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a wellness area with sauna and steam bath, fitness centre, children's club and entertainment. Subject to availability, each room can receive two beach sun loungers and one parasol.

What guests most often complain about

As 2026 is the hotel's first season operating as IM Dreamer, the current review sample is still relatively small and indicates some inconsistency in organisation. The most frequent criticism concerns the quality, temperature and variety of the food, together with the beach sunbed voucher system, where morning queues can form and availability is not guaranteed. There are also isolated comments about inconsistent service and technical issues in individual rooms. The beach is operated by an external concessionaire and the hotel does not provide its own Ultra All Inclusive bar directly on the sand.

We recommend IM Dreamer Hotel primarily for its excellent beachfront location, renovated facilities, spacious rooms and strong family infrastructure. The hotel has the potential to become one of the stronger four-star products in Sunny Beach, although its first season under the current management shows a need for greater consistency in food, service and beach organisation. Before booking, guests should check the latest restaurant feedback, current beach-voucher rules and the exact room category and view.

The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the heart of Sunny beach.
We choose this hotel because of the indoor swimming pool and it was great, but we prefere to use it also before and after stated opening hours.
