the hotel, free outdoor parking with limited number of parking spaces – upon availability at guests’ arrival, luggage room, hotel
insurance, tourist tax, VAT. Underground parking available - at extra charge and upon availability at guests’ arrival.
* Ski room: located in Hotel Rila, level -1, for guests of Hotel Rila only. Free of charge storage of personal ski/snowboard equipment
and boot-dryer. Please advise all guests that storing ski/snowboard equipment, incl. boots, in the rooms is strictly forbidden.
EXTRAS for children:

We love this place. The food is amazing. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. The leisure centre is a real plus! The location is also a great asset. We love the ski rentral facility in the basement too.
Communication could be better organised ...
