Bulgaria Renowned Archaeologist Ovcharov to Lecture at US Universities

Тhe Thracian tomb near the village of Alexandrovo in the vicinity of the Southern Bulgarian town of Haskovo, the Orpheus sanctuary near the village of Tatul and the stone city of Perperikon are going to be presented by Professor Nikolay Ovcharov during lectures at US universities.
The renowned Bulgarian archaeologist is going to speak before audiences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the Ohio State University and the Bulgarian community in Chicago.
The Professor's visit will begin on November 28 and will last 12 days.
During his visit in the US, Ovcharov and the tourist information center of Haskovo are going to present as a joint project Bulgaria's archaeological landmarks at the international "Global Village" exhibit. 24 countries from all over the world are going to take part in the exhibit.
Professor Nikolay Ovcharov is the first Bulgarian archaeologist to lecture in the United States.
