Bulgarian hotels are number one in the world in terms of the correlation prices-quality. This was announced in the ranking of the website hotel.info. The survey is based on the opinions of nearly one million tourists who stayed in 210 000 hotels worldwide. Moreover, European tourists from 30 countries participated in the survey.
Bulgaria has the best hotels in the world, because it receives the highest rating of 7,61 points out of 10. All travellers pointed out that they choose their destination on the basis of the correlation price-quality of hotel services. Since most holidaymakers spend most of their funds on the accommodation, then hotel prices are sensitive factors. Travellers pay attention to the value that they receive for their money. Bulgaria is followed by Poland and the Czech Republic which results are 7,6 points. Third in the ranking is Hungary with 7,59 points. According to holidaymakers, Spain and Portugal deserve 7th and 8th place.
The tourists who have taken part in the survey have answered the question: “Are you delighted with the provided service, taking into account the price you have paid? If yes, how much are you satisfied?” It seems that tourists placed Finland 18th in the ranking, because they are not satisfied with the ratio prices-quality of services. It has become clear that holidaymakers are not satisfied with the hotels in Switzerland and France.
