Bulgaria ranks 48th on the list

European countries prevail on the list of the most attractive tourism destination. This has become clear after a report of the World Economic Forum had been released, announced UK newspaper ‘’Independent’’. About 7 European countries are some of the top 10 included in the index of competitiveness in tourism. The report deeply analyzes all factors which contribute to the development of tourism in 139 countries. Switzerland tops the list, followed by Germany and France. Bulgaria is placed on 48th on the world list. However, the country ranks 27th on the list top European holiday venues. All countries have been chosen on the basis of several factors: the specific policy in regard to tourism, infrastructure, nature and cultural resources etc.
