No night life in the hotel but and in the hole city !!!! And the restaurants are closing at 22.00 !!!! (inclusiv and the Hissar restaurant). This city is only for families with small children.

Overall ti wouldn’t come back, we came to enjoy a spa, the only nice thing was the outside hot tub , spa was absolutely not enough, we had the standard rate and there was room for max 15 ppl while the hotel had 2000 people its absolutely unacceptable for this price and this hotel , also totally unclear the wellness center was upon extra pay
For these prices much better hotels exist , this was absolutely misrepresented at the pictures and the bedroom was horrible tiny mini and very outdated
Anyway it’s way too expensive for the spa it offers

Персонал рецепция и администрация/ маркетиг бяха компетентни и любезни.
Ресторант - персонала е неучтив.
Някои от съоръженията в детския център са опасни за деца

I think this hotel has only one porpose : bulgarians for swimming pool. We were the only foregners there.

Нет часов в горячем джакузи. Для того,чтобы узнать время,нужно выйти из воды. Почти нет сытных вегетарианских блюб на ужин.

Все отлично. Очень чистая гостиница. Мы были в номере де люкс. рекомендуем.
недалеко от гостиницы есть ресторан "Националь". Вкусно и отличное обслуживание. Напротив гостиницы ресторан "Прованс"- не заходить!. Дорого, не вкусно и официанты грубияны.

Посещавам хотела с цел почивка за втори път поради доброто местоположение и менаралната вода. Чисти стаи и любезен персонал. За предложената цена вътрешния басейн и този към външното джакузи трябваше да са по-топли, особено втория който на практика беше неизползваем.

Басеина и спа центъра не могат да поемат капацитета на хотела, местат в ресторанта също не стигаха и хората се изчакваха за да вечерят.
Храната в ресторант панорама също не ме впечатли - пожълтяла рукула в салатат, cheese cake с консистенция на гума.
Като цяло качеството не отговаря на цената.

We have stayed in this hotel second time and find it very nice.compared to other hotel we have seen this one is much better.
Very nice food and friendly service. Beautiful swimming pool. Big range of various spa attractions. Unfortunately all swimming pools outside were not open in April and in October. So far did not see all three working. Nice fitness facilities. Good restaurant on the top floor with beautiful view. Interesting to travel around.
Website could be better showing all kinds of rooms in more detail. Difficult to understand types of the rooms available.

за 66 лв. на вечер се чувствах като насред котелно помещение или посредата на самолетна писта - много силен шум от аспирация дори при затворени врати, при което е невъзможна качествена почивка. Като добавим и непочистения и със счупени плочки външен басейн, както и мръсния басейн при сауната и парната баня, може ще трябва да паднат звездите.

Всичко беше отлично, приветливо, перфектно отношение и обслужване, стаята също- чиста и просторна. Забавления на ниво. Единствено трябва да отбележа, че спа-то което е включено в цената е недостатъчно, особено парната баня, която беше много малка, с места за 4 човека,при наличието на много хора.

The hotel fails in so many ways
The hotel reception staff have no customer focus, and appear annoyed when you ask a question, or ask for advice.
The room we were given, was not what we had booked, it was a twin not a double, even though the hotel was far from full they would not allow us to change.
I had to fix the shower curtain as it was incorrectly attached allowing the floor to flood when showering,and as the bath panel was just propped in place and would fall off if you touched it entering the bath, also when using the bath or showering water would leak all over the bathroom floor and around the toilet from the bath waste outlet connections, also the staff saw nothing wrong with this.
The carpet and the wooden cabinet for shoes in the room near the bathroom wall was rotting away in many places due to the apparent unwillingness to rectify the leaks in the bathroom.
The Prestige Resturant had a wide range of breakfast choices but once again suffered from rude and unfriendly staff.
The staff in the wellness centre are very helpful and Keen to look after their clients which is a complete contradiction to the rest of the hotel staff, the wellness centre would in my eyes justify 5 stars.
The hotel looks impressive, but does not justify its overall 4 star rating .

Хотелът е просторен,условията са добри, а персоналът е ориентиран към гостите, отзовава се на желанията им и е готов за бързи решения. Минералната вода, която е природна даденост и персоналът, от маркетинговия отдел до хората в ресторанта и камериерките са ценност за хотела. Би могло да се инвестира в помещенията за тенис на маса, детайли от спа комплекса - душовете, оттичането на водата. Храната е добра, има избор и големината на порциите, вероятно са ориентирани към големия апетит на българските гости. Престоя на моето семество бе празник и релакс. Благодаря Ви.

Отель очень хороший. Отличное расположение и чудесный бассейн. Но есть замечания по уборке номеров и хотелось бы более разнообразных завтраков, в течение 11 дней нашего пребывания меню завтраков не менялось. Общее впечатление хорошее, с удовольствием приедем еще раз.

1. Въртящата се врата на централния вход на хотела не работи от няколко години, недопустимо за хотел от такова високо ниво, с посетители от цял свят.
2. Ледената стая в уелнес центъра не работеше през цялото време на моя престой.
3. Автоматът на вратата между стандартното крило и луксозното крило не работи и вртата се затваря с трясък.

мы отдыхали в отеле ХИСАР второй раз.Очень понравилось.Качество обслуживания замечательное.Доброжелательные сотрудники отеля.Все очень достойно.Исключение составляет:Низкое качество WI-FI в номере и...неприятный антисимитский выпад со стороны работника аптеки (напротив рынка в центре).

Stayed here May 2010, My Fianceй is Bulgarian and had stayed at Hissar before the hotel and facalities are superb and value for money is second to none we intend to visit Hissar later this year.

Большое спасибо за все документы и письмо. Вчера вернулись из вашей солнечной и тёплой страны. Я и муж находимся под большим впечатлением от поездки. Отдых получился фантастическим. Отель "Хисар СПА", персонал, питание выше всяческих похвал. От процедур - просто дух захватывает. Ещё раз ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО! Сегодня пришла на работу и все бросились спрашивать, где отдыхала. Рассказывала в восторженном тоне. Народ теперь тоже будет думать про поездку в этот отель. Можно ли к Вам обращаться и в дальнейшем при планировании поездок в Вашу благословенную страну?
