Hotel was truelly dreadful. Awful food and service. Staff with the exception of one were rude and unhelpful. Staff in restaurant were clueless and the food was always cold and most of the time inedibele. Really a hotel o be avoided at all cost!!

We booked thru Balkan Tours in Belfast and as always we got a very cheap holiday, on half board basis in Mar 2007. The hotel was lovely, some of us had large spacious rooms and others had smaller rooms but they were all nicely decorated, clean and comfy. The hotel is modern and seemed quite new.

There is a large cosy bar lounge area with a nice fire and big comfy sofas which no-one but us seemed to use! The bar service was a bit slow considering the hotel was not busy but we were never in a hurry anyway. The hotel has great leisure facilities - jacuzzi, steam room, swimming pool - very clean and staff very nice - a lovely way to end your day on the slopes:)
There is a free shuttle bus to the gondola station which runs about every 20 mins in the morning and evening. To walk up takes about 15 minutes up hill. When we were there, there was no snow in the town so the walk was pleasant. At night we walked to the town where there are lots of good bars and restaurants. It is really cheap to eat and drink out so we only ate in our hotel twice. There are plenty of taxis to bring you home too. |
