Rila hotel used to be the biggest on the Balkan peninsula for years now, impressing with its 1300 beds. The hotel itself is divided into two main parts- one is for the double rooms, and the studios are in the other part. Half rooms/ studios are facing south and have amazing view to the slopes. The new joinery of Rila hotel made the rooms quite suitable for a good relax even though in the city centre with lots of restaurants and discos around.
Location: right in front of the Martonovi Baraki ski runs and one of the three four-seat chair lifts, 200m away from the Gondola lift.

Accommodation:

Hotel Facilities: safety deposit boxes, information, money exchange, laundry and dry cleaning, business centre, conference rooms, outdoor parking lot, shops and boutiques, hair and beauty salon, restaurant, lobby bar, elevator.
Room Facilities: direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, bath/WC, bathtub, balcony, magnetic card lock.
Double rooms were completely refurnished in summer of 2000, and studios just an year afterwards.
The studios could accommodate up to 4 persons. Suitable for friends or families. Basic self-catering facilities are available at the studios - refrigerator, 2 cookers, plates. There are one double bed and two full- sized bunk- beds in the studio room. All double rooms are suitable to accommodate up to three people, there is a folding armchair inside.
Sports & Recreation: fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, steam bath, solarium, sauna, massage, jacuzzi, medical and spa centre.
Swimming pool is free of charge to the guests.

Restaurant Rila - The restaurant of the hotel was improved in 2001, and a number of new facilities are now available. At the moment all food served here is cooked in the restaurant kitchen, which was renovated too. Therefore all food comes fresh and hot enough.
- Breakfast and dinner - The guests of Rila can enjoy their breakfast and dinner, choosing from big variety of starters, main meals and deserts. Everyone can choose any food he likes. Vegetarian meals are available too. There are no limits on the quantity of food that one can have.
Except for hotel accommodation in this hotel you can book through us all additional travel services for your holiday in Bulgaria: air tickets, transportation to the resort, ski packages (when applicable), rent-a-car, guided tours. i went to borovet bulgaria at the begining on january 2008. i stayed at the rila hotel. this was the best holiday i have ever had and i will never forget it! i have never had so much fun!
