The “Tsarevets” hotel offers to its guests a picturesque panoramic view of the cradle of the Tarnovo literary school – the “Sveta gora” hill and also of the hall of the “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” University. The building of the hotel was constructed in 1891. It housed the “Bulgaria” Insurance Agency. Restored and reconstructed, today the building is a cozy hotel, which has preserved the elegance and fascination of the old town house. Peculiarity of the interior are the finesse and luxury, characteristic for the end of the XIX century.

A well run hotel where the staff speak english. The hotel was clean and is located in a very beautiful part of the own by the old fortress.
