They will be the quiet rooms. Rooms at the front overlook a busy street with cars and tramways. The beds were very comfortable and our room was very quiet and kept clean. However, it would have been nice to be able to switch the air conditioning off ourselves... Breakfast consisted of tea / coffee, a fruit juice, a sandwich and a tasteless cake full of E numbers. When Reception was asked if we could have fresh pastries from the local bakery, the answer was negative because "the breakfast they offer is the same as any other hotel in the world". Not the case in our experience of travelling the world over the past 20 years... The breakfast area was too small and - despite the non-smoking signs in the Reception and the bar / breakfast room areas - the night Receptionist and cleaner would smoke in there and also while people were having breakfast!   see all comments write your comment
