Pleven municipality had a discussion regarding the project for the management and development of the famous preserved Kailuka park and the natural landmark Razbititsa cave. The project is valued at 390 000 BGN and it includes new benches, game tables to be brought as well as a general improvement of the walking alleys. The project has already received the approval of Regional Development and Public Works Ministry. It was about to receive funds under the Phare program, but was part of a group for which, unfortunately, EU financial funding was postponed.
