58 million € invested in two new yacht objects in the luxurious resort Sozopol

The fulfilment of two new yacht projects in the summer resort Sozopol has begun. Marina Sozopol and Marina Mall Sozopol will be constructed to meet all European standards and the total investment in projects is more than 58 million €. Yacht harbour, private residences, a hotel and trade premises will be at the disposal of Marina Sozopol. The project of the residential and hotel part of the resort Marina Sozopol is estimated to the amount of 45 million €. The yacht harbour will have 330 pier places and it will be the first one in Bulgaria, equipped with own permanent petrol station, providing 24 hours easy and fast refueling. All private residencies are for the personal use of owners. They are 32 flats, furnished to meet European high standards, unique design and high quality materials. Dynamic low floor buildings will be in a harmony with the style of the Old City. Besides private residencies, the hotel part will include a hotel with around 130 studios. All of them will be managed and rented all year round by a hotel chain, leading in the world holiday industry. The elite company is the third biggest hotel chain in Europe and it is 12th in world rankings. The company rules over more than 350 hotels and resorts. A yacht club with fish restaurant, conference hall and relaxation places will be situated in the very center of the Marine. A promenade with boutique restaurants and pubs will encircle the complex. Vast trade area, including fashion shops, jewelleries, children’s playground and a pharmacy will overlook inside square with professionally constructed landscape.

The other project which is called Marine Mall Sozopol will cost 13 million €. The construction of small yacht harbor in the area Provlaka between the Old and New City is also foreseen. Buildings will conform to the latest requirements for construction work in Sozopol and will be not more than 2 floors. The outside architecture of the object will be complied with features of buildings in the Old city of Sozopol. Materials which will be used are mainly wood and stone. In this way the original look of the city as a whole will be preserved. Marine Mall Sozopol will gather in one place high class trademarks which will open shops and will attract new type of tourists, who, in addition, will influence on the development of the area. High class supermarket is planned to be constructed on the ground floor of one of the buildings. At the present time Sozopol doesn’t have such a big supermarket. The National Archaeological Museum will provide unique exhibits which will be located on the area of the project Marine Mall Sozopol.
