New archaeological researches began in Pliska

This year archaeological explorations in the ancient Bulgarian capital city Pliska began yesterday, reported Darik Radio. They are a part of the students’ practice from the Shoumen University.
The northeastern part of the Outside city of Pliska will be examined in detail. The findings up to the moment show that probably baron farm estate existed there in 9-10 century. New important discoveries, which can reveal some details of the life in medieval epoch, are expected to be made during this archaeological season.
