New categories for tourism are introduced

Three categories for tourism work and tourist agencies introduce the changes in the Tourism Law, which the government will discuss at its next meeting.
Mayors will be able to control whether a tourist object is categorized or not, announced Bulgarian National Radio.
Tour-operators which do international and national tourism and offer a variety of activities will have category “A”.
Tour-operators which only work in the country and offer national tourism will have category “B”.
“C” category will be given to tourist agencies.
The changes in the law introduce also two new tourist objects-hostels and guests’ apartments.
The category “time limit for tourist objects” is also introduced. It will be 5 years for accommodations restaurants, beaches and tourist chalets in comparison to 10 years for ski tracks.
