Boutique hotel "Iva & Elena" is situated in the northeastern foothills of the “Snezhanka” locality in the center of the resort of Pamporovo, close to ski lifts and ski runs "Studenetz”. Above the Boutique hotel is “Snezhanka” peak with the television tower, and on the southeast is the Murgavets peak. Near the house there are three lifts to the “Snezhanka” peak, to the bus station and the “Ardashla” and “Malina” areas.
