It’s a great hotel with good range of food and the Friday night we were there there was entertainment. The only problem we’re a group of beer drinkers who left their glasses where you walked, I knocked one over and the woman got very annoyed - I thought ...

One recommendation: please add a handle on the wall next to the toilet so people with difficulties to move (great number of your visitors) could use it easier
(and a suggestion - please consider to put original Bulgarian pictures on the walls in ...
