PirinGolf opened officially in October

The HOtels&REstaurants Magazine reported that the complex PirinGolf will be opened officially in October.

Being situated 5km away from the famous winter resort Bansko, PirinGolf is all-year resort complex, offering the unique opportunity for ski in winter and golf in summer. The complex comprises 2 golf playgrounds with 18 holes-the one is a playground with 18 holes of championship style, designed by Qn Uznam, and the other is Pirin Pine course, made by German design group.

The first 9 holes on the playground, designed by Qn Uznam were already ready in October 2007 when the construction of the first stage of the complex finished. It was celebrated with the golf tournament “Family and Friends”, in which 56 golf players took part and over 200 were the visitors and guests.

At the present time the training areas are also ready and they are in central place in the complex, between the playground, designed by Qn Uznam and Pine playground. The construction of Golf Academy, which will be provided with modern training video installments and will offer golf lessons with excellently experienced instructors, is also foreseen.

In a couple of weeks Club House, in which changing rooms, conference halls as well as exquisite restaurant and bar will be included, is planned to be finished. From the terrace of the restaurant visitors will be able to admire at the stunning view of Pirin Mountain, as well as the playground of Qn Uznam. Half Way House, situated in a close proximity to the training playground, is already ready. The architecture is conformable to the nature in the area and the main materials are stone and wood. The capacity of the playground is reserved only for owners of real estates in the complex, which according to the owners have all preconditions for all-year intensive usage. The complex has available studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as holiday houses. All properties on sale are completely furnished. Originally the quarters in the Golf complex, which will be ready in October this year, are Down town, The Lake and Pirin-3. A 5-star hotel with spacious Spa center and quarters with holiday houses are planned to be made in the near future.
