Comment: Sofia- capital of Bulgaria. The highest located capital of Europe 545 m. above see level. Fresh air, neighbourhood of Vitosha mountain. City tries to become atractive European capital after years of comunism. "Beautiful bulgaria" campaign sponsored by UE - might help to preseve historical monuments of town.
