According to the hotel chain owner, Mr. Sharlopov, this is the only one working union in the branch which supports Sandanski to be declared for Spa and Wellness destination.
Main initiative of the union is the fast change of the conception for national tourist product.
Mr.Sharlopov who is also Chairman of Bulgarian Union of Balneology and Spa tourism declared that he would insist on investing money for the arrangements of info tours, which purpose is attracting tourists from Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Scandinavian countries.
Despite the economic crisis, tourism representatives from Sandanski are optimists for the future of the region and the transformation of the town into big tourist center.
Furthermore, Sandanski will be included in an upcoming procedure of European Spa association and will be certified as European Spa destination.
In conclusion, town of Sandanski will win deserved public recognition and it will be among the best balneology centers in Europe.
