Ski resorts Pamporovo and Bansko fully booked

Hotels in the resort Pamporovo are almost 100% occupied.
At the present time it can be described as stirring resort, excitement is both in the hotels and on the ski tracks, because the resort offers the best conditions for beginner skiers, children and family holiday.
Half of the guests are Bulgarians and foreign tourists are predominantly from UK and Ireland. Greek, Turkish, Macedonian, Russian and Romanian groups chose the resort for their winter holidays.
Heavy snowfall has already begun and it is expected that this will result in increasing number of bookings. Almost half of the ski tracks have been put into exploitation. Although systems for artificial snow are working, black ski runs and ski slopes for advanced skiers remain closed due to the lack of sufficient snow.
Prices in the hotels are not higher in comparison with the last year; even many discounts are available for some hotels. The resort declared special weekend discounts on lift cards. Prices of accommodation and hotel services will be up to 50% off holiday rates after 4th of January.
Now ski centre Bansko is working at 90% of its capacity. Two ski tracks are planned to be put into exploitation. Many foreign tourists from Greece, UK, Ireland and Romania have chosen Bansko for their holiday this year.
