Ski season in Bansko starts with great prices

Winter ski season 2011/2012 in Bansko resort starts on 1st of December 2011 although the official opening was planned for 17th of December 2011. The resort is famous among the tourists for its good ski tracks and affordable prices of ski equipment and services.
Artificial snow making facilities work 24/7, so two ski tracks are ready for the new winter season. All 14 ski tracks will be also ready within a couple of days. Prices of ski lift passes are two times less that previous year’s ones- 25 BGN per day for adults, 23 BGN for students and 21 BGN for kids. Those prices will remain until all ski tracks in Bansko winter resort are opened.
In order to draw more tourists this winter season, hotel owners start to advertise effectively, improve the quality of the tourism products. This year Bansko ski resort gets prepared for two ski world cups and the visit of the prince of Monaco.
Touroperators also sell New Year and Christmas holiday packages at reasonable prices.
