Snow showers in Bulgaria from 27th November

The weather forecast seems promising for all of us who love the fluffy snow. It is forecasted that this year Bulgaria will see snowfalls before the beginning of the astronomic winter. It is predicted that we will enjoy some show showers on 27th of November 2010. Although it is warm outside right now, it is predicted that temperatures will drop by 20 degrees. The weather will be wonderful until the end of the week and the temperatures will be in range 13-18 degrees Celsius. However, we will see a rainy weather on Monday. After 25th of November, the weather will be cool and temperatures will gradually drop. Therefore, the maximum temperature on 27th of November will be only 4-9 degrees Celsius. Serious snowfalls are expected on 2nd and 4th of November when we will see a snow cover of 15-20cm in the mountains. The thickest snow cover will be on the slopes of Rila and Rhodopes Mountain. Should it happen that you have planned a weekend in the mountain within 1-3rd of December, just beware of stones and holes.
