We had a great time in Santa Marina. Never mind it was the busiest time in August, the holiday village did not feel crowded or noisy. The beautiful location, the clever and high quality design of the complex and the good work of the staff made our holiday a pleasant one. I loved the view from my balcony and swimming in the infinity pools on sunset. You have all the necessary amenities there. The breakfast was very good and varied. There are many interesting places to visit for a day or half a day in the area if you stay longer.

The real estate is fantastic. The service is not there at all. Reception doesn't explain anything at check-in. We had to keep calling to ask for every single thing.
Nobody told us about the transportation in the village, or the schedule.
It wasn't mentioned that the fitness and the wi-if are extra charge.
Basically you need a lot of work on your service

Çà äâå íåäåëè òîëüêî äâà ñëó÷àÿ íåìíîãî îìðà÷èëè: îäèí ðàç êóðèíûé ñóï áûë ñ êèñëèíêîé íåñêîëüêî áîëüøå, ÷åì â äðóãèå äíè è äåòè îòêàçàëèñü åñòü, íî ýòî ëèøü íà âêóñ äåòåé. Ñóï î÷åíü âêóñíûé. Âòîðîé ñëó÷àé - â ïèööåðèè çàêàçàëè ïèâî, êîòîðîå áûëî ìóòíûì è îòêðîâåííî êèñëûì, ñ "ëîõìîòüÿìè" îñàäêà. Çàìåíèëè áåç âîïðîñîâ è îïåðàòèâíî, íî åñëè ÷åëîâåê íå çíàåò, òî â òàêèõ ñëó÷àÿõ âîçìîæíî îòðàâëåíèå. Íî ýòè äâà ñëó÷àÿ ñ÷èòàþ ñëó÷àéíîñòüþ. Very clean territory, like a botanic garden, 4 swimming pools. Good hotel beaches with sand. 2 shops on the territory of the complex, where you can buy everything – food and drinks, and several haberdashery shops, several restaurants. The rooms are accompanied with all necessary plates, dishes and cooking battery. Perfect for families with children. 20 min walk – Sozopol. Highly recommended. For sure we will be there next summer.

The stay was excellent but with a baby it was a little bit hard because we had to climb every day lots of stairs with our baby and troller. I asked the recpetionist a villa not so far and high ... but it was impossible ... :(

NB: we were 3 families, announced in advanced that we want to stay as close as possible. result: nobody cares, the apartments that we received had 1 room less than what we booked.

îòäûõàëè âìåñòå ç äåòêàìè ( 1,5 ãîäà) ,âñå áûëî ñóïåð! îñòàëèñü î÷åíü äîâîëüíû,íîìåðà êðàñèâûå,óäîáíûå,âñþäó ÷èñòî,óáèðàþò åæåäíåâíî. Òåðèòîðèÿ î÷åíü áîëüøàÿ,åñòü ãäå ãóëÿòü ç ìàëûøàìè. Äëÿ îòäûõà ñ äåòüìè ýòîò îòåëü ïðîñòî íàõîäêà! ×òî íå î÷åíü ïîíðàâèëîñü,òàê ýòî òî,÷òî ìû æèëè â äàëüíåì äîìå,ãäå ÷åðåç äîðîãó íàõîäèëîñü êàôå,ìóçûêó òàê ãðîìêî âêëþ÷àëè,ïðàâäà,äî 23÷,ïîòîì òèõî. Åùå íå î÷åíü áîëüøîé ïëÿæ,õîòåëîñü,÷òîá îí áûë øèðå ñ õîðîøèì ïåñêîì,íî ìîðå òàêîå òåïëîå,ìåëêîå âíà÷àëå,÷òî õîðîøî äëÿ äåòåé. Ñèàêìè ìàëåíüêèìè äåòêàìè íàì óäàëîñü äàæå ñàìèì îòäîõíóòü,ïîçàãîðàòü âîçëå áàññåéíà :-))))
