Единственият минус на едноспалните апартаменти, в които бяхме настанени е, че има само един климатик (намиращ се в хола). В спалнята няма наличен такъв, което представлява малко неудобство.
Всичко останало е много добре.

Central Plaza Aparthotel

В Солнечном береге не первый раз, так что было с чем сравнивать.
Сам отель расположен в 12–ти минутах ходьбы до моря или 4-х минутах ходьбы до центра (отель «Кубань»), в 3-х минутах ходьбы до базара. Место довольно тихое, т.к. рядом нет дискотек и прочих развлекательных заведений. Для ориентира - рядом более известный отель «Кокиче».
Отель огражден от дороги 2-х этажным зданием. Вход к отелю через арку в этом здании.
Территория ухожена. Есть бассейн и шезлонги с зонтиками (бесплатно). Возле бассейна бар. В номерах есть Wi-Fi, но платный 80 Лева (41,88 Евро) за 2 недели, а в любом кафе и ресторане бесплатный. Сейфа нет.
Отель имеет 2 подъезда, мы были в «А», апартаменты 4-7.
В номере санузел и 2 комнаты: спальня и студия, большой балкон на две комнаты.
В спальне шкаф, две прикроватные тумбочки, зеркало с небольшим столиком, и кровать с просевшим матрасом. Кондиционера нет. Поэтому спать жарко. Прошлось натянуть марлю на проем балконной двери т.к. есть комары.
Студия состоит из кухонного уголка: эл. плита на 2-е комфорки, вытяжка, раковина, холодильник. Посудомоечной и стиральной машины нет. Имеется набор посуды на 4-е человека, сковорода и кастрюля. Штопора нет. Стеклянный стол и 4-е стула.
Вторую половину студии занимает стенка с телевизором (не плоским), стеклянный журнальный столик и два дивана, один из которых раскладывается, но сломано ортопедическое основание, поэтому спать не удобно. Имеется кондиционер.
Санузел совмещен и маленький: ванна, унитаз, умывальник и бойлер.
Поселение в отель после 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Если нужно, то за дополнительную плату можно выехать позже (например, за 40 Лева выехать в 18:00).
Теперь о плохом.
1. В ванной нет шторки, поэтому после душа вся вода на полу. В полу имеется сливное отверстие, но так как пол без наклона, то вода стоит лужами и никуда не уходит. Швабры или тряпки что бы вытереть воду, нет.
2. В санузле не работает вытяжка, хотя выключатель снаружи есть. В результате пол после душа долго не высыхает и скользко.
3. За 2 недели постель и полотенца не меняли! Хотя написано 2 раза в неделю.
4. За 2 недели ни разу номер не убирали! Зато каждый день приходили в обед и приносили по рулону туалетной бумаги и забирали мусор с мусорного ведра на кухне, а если его не было (мы сами мусор выносили), то оставляли новый пакет.
Вот именно из-за сервиса я не стал бы рекомендовать этот отель.

Good hotel, great location, clean rooms and friendly service. Eat somewhere else though, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in Sunny Beach

Central Plaza Hotel is close to the beach. It is comfortable accommodation with all luxury amenities for a good stay

Me and my boyfriend stayed at hotel Central Plaza during our vacation in Sunny Beach. We had a great summer full of parties and met new people :)

Central Plaza hotel has a swimming pool, so I definitely love it!
