Villa Maria Revas

The service was awful. We wanted to leave from this hotel in the morning at 7.00 but we could not because parking lot was so tiny and our car was stuck between cars. The boy who sat in the reception did not know anything, he could not even log in in the computer, to check who's car was in front of our car. So we had to wait... I just lost my patience because we had a timetible and our home was like 2800 km away but we just had to wait because we could not get our car. I insisted he would call to the manager or someone to come there and check who's car it was but nothing happened. Finnaly I said that okay I' m gonna go then and knock on each door of this hotel and ask then who's car was in font of our car. Then the boy came with me and we started knocking, what a joke. Unfortunately behind second door there was the owner of this blocking car and we could finally leave this abnormal hotel. I do not understand how it is possible in 5 stars hotel that behind reception table is a boy who does not know anything and do not even have access to the computer and information of the guests. All he did was watching a movie in his computer. So very very disappointed and would not stay there never ever. This is not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3 stars or something. The food was also awful, nothing was self- made, everything was fabricated. The juice tasted like crap.
