The 5th International Tourist Exhibition “Cultural tourism – 2008 – VELIKO TURNOVO” is going to be held in the Veliko Turnovo, Bulgaria from 16th to 18th of April 2008.
Romanian tourist agencies will participate for the 1st time in the International Tourist Exhibition “Cultural tourism”, which is going to be held from 16th to 18th of April 2008.
They are invited in the medieval capital of Bulgaria by the association of Bulgarian tourist agencies, which is one of the organizers of the event. The aim is to make Romanians, who have already ‘discovered’ Bulgarian Black sea coast and spa resorts, familiar with Bulgarian cultural heritage.
Some of the topics, which will be discussed at the forthcoming forum in Veliko Turnovo, will be cultural corridors on the eastern coast of Europe-political initiative for a tourist product in the field of culturally-cognitive tourism, the city area-an element of the cultural tourism.
