The seaside casino is Bourgas city to be reconstructed

The Seaside casino in Bourgas, one of the most romantic and emblematic places in the city, will be completely reconstructed with European funds. After having been built in 1973, the building became one of the symbols of Bourgas. Its restoration will be fulfilled due to the fact that Bourgas Municipality has won a new project of the Operative program “Regional development 2007 - 2013″.
The project is valued at 5,5 million leva and it will be carried out within 2 years, as it includes not only the restoration of the casino, but also the building of the Youth cultural centre, the stairway to the bridge, the summer stage “The Snail” and the alleys. The casino will also feature Internet cafe, exhibition hall, a conference room, coffee shop, children playground, terrace-garden and a glazed terrace. The roof of the third floor is planned to be an astronomy site, from which both Bourgas residents and its visitors will be able to feast their eyes on the beautiful scenery towards the Sea Garden and the sea.
