Two Bulgarian Ad Agencies to Promote Tourism Abroad

“Mag Advertising” will boost Bulgaria’s popularity in Russia and “Kres” promotes our tourists product in Germany Ad agencies ‘Mag Advertising’and ‘Kres’ have won a project to promote Bulgaria as a tourist destination in Russia and Germany, reported Mediapool on the basis of public tenders registry.
The tender for the UK market will be carried out again, because none of the bids had complied with the requirements of the Ministry of Energy, Economy and Tourism. Advertisement activities for the most important markets will be financed by funds from EU program ‘Regional Development’. The project amounts to 6.47 million BGN. “Mag Advertising” owned by the influential businessman Krasen Kralev would promote Bulgaria in Russia over the next 14 months for the amount of 1,5 M EUR. The consortium between “Kres” of businessman Krasimir Gergov and the German “Media Consulta” will work on the promotion at the German market.
According to the conditions of the tender, all companies will include press conferences, seminars, ceremonies, publications in specialized media, billboards, creative of slogans and visions in order to boost the competitiveness and the consumption of tourist services in Bulgaria. 8 bidders submitted their offers – 2 from Russia, 2 from Germany and 4 from Bulgaria.
