The campsite is located in the tranquil and relaxing valley of Televets, situated between two working rural villages with rich histories and strong cultural traditions. The campsite boasts stunning 180 degree panoramic views of the beautiful Bulgarian countryside from every camping pitch.

It is conveniently located, just 15 minutes drive from Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria and a short drive to many attractions around the region.

The village of Dragizhevo is very easy to find only 3 Km away from the main A4 E772 Veliko Tarnovo to Varna road. Dragizhevo has several coffee bars, restaurants and shops to stock up with food and drink and the village community is very warm and welcoming to campers.

Dragizhevo, is known locally as " The Cherry Village " because it produces the first and best tasting cherries in Bulgaria. Dragizhevo is a typical Bulgarian working village and during the warm summer evenings the village comes to life as the Baba's (village matriarchs) sit together on wooden benches and chat about the day's events.

It has an amazing history and boasts 8 historical sites recognised by the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture. These sites date back to the Neolithic era.

We know good professional vets who we trust with our pets. Milena, is a professionally qualified dog groomer based in Veliko Tarnovo who can make sure your dog is comfortable during the hot weather by clipping their coat. Her rates are 50% of other European countries.
