Beaucoup de connaisseurs des bonnes pistes se précipitent vers la station pour goûter la délice du repos et en même temps du sport d`hiver, aimé presque par tous – les ski ! Il y a plein de chose que Borovets offre aux bénis : premièrement – la nature spectaculaire ; deuxièmement – les hôtels qui sont vraiment de bonne qualité, et finalement – la bière dont le prix n`est que 0,70 GBP.

 The oldest resort dating back to the year of 1896. Today Borovetz is the biggest, first-class mountain resort in Bulgaria. Situated at 1350m above the sea level on the northern slopes of Rila Mountain among age-old pine woods, Borovetz is located at the foot of peak Mussala (2925m) - the highest one on the Balkan Peninsula. It is easily accessible, being at a distance of 73km from Sofia and 126km from Plovdiv. The town of Samokov is only 10km down the road from the resort. There is regular bus transport to them, the buses to Samokov running every 30 minutes.

Hôtel "Rila" est assez drand - à 1300 lits. Il comprend deux parties - celle des chambres doubles et des studios. Chambres à partager/ studios donnent sur le sud et ont une vue sur les pistes. L'isolation parfaite rend les chambres convenables pour s'y reposer malgré les restaurants et les discotèques tout autour.
