The “Sun City 1” Holiday Village is being built on a not-built terrain on the area of 6,000 sq. m. and three detached habitations/apartment buildings are located along the periphery. The complex ”Sun City 1” includes self-contained private apartments, luxury and completely furnished. There are one-room studios, two-room and three-room apartments. It is provided for 50 underground parking lots and additional grassed parking lots out of the settlement. The village will be completed in June 2005.
Situation: The quarter is very quiet end tranquil. Beach strip is in the close, main roads are easy accessible. The place is close to old town of Nessebar, superb world architectural and cultural monument.
