nice view,but thats it!poor management of aplace full of history,cold environment(literally).feels like a mausoleum...the place needs improvement of staff first of all,rooms,bathrooms,furniture even if they are from the time of jivkov they could mantain them in a better shape...

NEVER , I REPEAT NEVER TRY TO STAY IN THIS HELL !!!!!!!!!!
THEY RESERVE FOR YOU A ROOM , YOU GO THERE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND THEY SAID : SORRY WE DON'T HAVE ANY ROOM EVEN ANY APARTMENT FREE !!!!!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT ???
THE MANAGER WASN'T THERE - OF COURSE-AND WHEN I TRY TO CALL TO NOBODY RESPONSE !!!!!!!!!!!
WAS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
