On behalf of the Cyprus Services Rambling Club we would like to thank you for organising our walking tour of Bulgaria between the 23 September and the 30 September 2005. From the first moment we identified Profi-Tours from your colourful interactive website as a suitable provider, to the moment we departed Bulgaria, your administration and attention to detail has been outstanding. Your staff efficiently identified and provided ideas on where to walk and displayed outstanding flexibility to meet our requirements, replying to emails within hours and finally producing for us a ‘tailor made’ itinerary that met all of our needs. Furthermore, your costs were very competitive; indeed the tour facilities i.e. Transport, Driver, Hotels and evenings out all exceeded our expectations. However, a special ‘thank you’ is reserved for our first class Tour Guide, Snejana Treneva-Taseva whose excellent knowledge of the history, fauna, flora and wild life of Bulgaria enabled us to fully appreciate the diversity of your wonderful country
