 El centro marítimo Golden Sands es el mayor en las costas nortes del Mar Negro. Está situado a 18km al noreste de Varna, a 488km al este de Sofía. Al norte está Kranevo y al sur villa Chaika (Gaviota), y también se ha unido con el centro marítimo St.St. Konstantin y Elena.
Las aguas termales, el mar caliente y la playa maravillosa, también el tupido bosque de hoja caduca que rodea el centro marítimo lo convierten en una de las perlas del las costas búlgaras. Su playa es larga 3,5 km y 100 m ancha en unas partes y está cubierta de finas arenas de oro.
La temperatura media para el verano de 27oC y el microclima de Golden Sands atribuyen para su fama de lugar perecto para entertenamientos y relejarse.

The complex was completely built in the end of 2007. It was put into operation in the beginning of 2008.It consists of two connected blocks. Both blocks have a separate entrance and 4 lifts from which two lifts goes down to the parking spaces situated under the house. Apartment building has been designed partially as a five-storey building and partially as a six-storey building with a total of 137 different size apartments. There are 44 parking spaces in the car park under the house.
