Está sólo a 25 min. chofeando del uno de los centros marítimos más famosos en costa del Mar Negro - Sunny beach y a la ciudad antigua de Nessebar, que es patrimonio arqueológico y arquitectónico y está inclyida en la lista de UNESCO.

Aparthotel Beta has 6 floors and is also situated in the northwest part of Sunset resort. There are 27 one bedroom and 36 two bedroom apartments in the aparthotel Beta.
Aparthotel Sigma is the largest of the 5 hotels with a total built up area of almost 50 000 sq m. The building is twelve storeys high and situated on the apex of Sunset Resort, with floors from 6 to 12 with retreating terraces to the North and South.

The 6 storey Aparthotel Delta is situated in the northeast part of Sunset Resort and consists of 2 identical twin buildings with 2 lobbies with reception, in each one 2 elevators, and one lobby bar with sun terrace and pool view, Asian a’la carte restaurant, night club & piano bar, café bar & pastry shop, buffet restaurant (300 sits), kiddy club, bowling, billiards, fully equipped ball & conference hall for 300 persons.
The 8 storey Aparthotel Eta is situated in the eastern part of the resort and has lobby with reception, 4 lifts, lobby bar and Italian a’la carte restaurant.
