A village with staked houses will be built near a dam

Investors from Republic of South Africa have already begun to construct it.
The first Bulgarian staked houses will have appeared nearby the dam “Alexander Stambolijski” till several months. This holiday village will be built by Helen and Stuart Tossel. It is Helen’s idea, whose family in Republic of South Africa has turned staked houses into family business for 30 years now. Tossel family owns the land and plans to install 8 staked houses, produced in South Africa. Each of the wooden villas will have a yard and view to the dam.
South Africa’s eco houses are 36 models, which are made by Helen’s family. Staked homes are built in France, Spain, and England. Each of the rooms will have own sanitary knot. Verandas and spacious sitting rooms are the accent in South Africa villas.
Besides being ecological, eco houses are significantly cheaper than solid building.
In spite of having good quality of the wood, eco houses will be provided with extra internal isolation.
Wooden houses are made of pine tree.
Wooden material for eco houses is tested and approved for water and fire stability.
