The strongest advantage of Hotel Elitsa is its excellent position directly on the beach and beside the Baltata Nature Reserve. The hotel operates a Beach & Green All Inclusive concept and offers air-conditioned rooms and apartments, a restaurant, outdoor mineral-water pool and a children's pool with a small water park. Guests on an eligible meal plan receive one umbrella and up to two sun loungers per room from the third beach row backwards, subject to availability. Family entertainment is also organised six days a week. Across public ratings, the location and immediate access to the sea remain the property's most consistently appreciated advantages.

Current ratings are relatively moderate and indicate that the hotel facilities do not always meet every guest's expectations. The most common weaker areas concern the condition and comfort of individual rooms, cleanliness, technical maintenance and the overall impression of an older property.
